Free QR codes that never expire

Many "free" QR sites switch your code off after a trial unless you subscribe. Codes made here store your link directly, so there is nothing for anyone to switch off.

Why other QR codes stop working

Many "free" QR sites route every scan through their own server. When the trial ends, they switch it off, and your printed codes go dead.

Questions

Will my QR code stop working?

No. The link or text is stored inside the code itself, so it keeps working even if this website disappears. There is no trial and nothing to renew.

Why do some QR codes expire?

Some sites make "dynamic" codes that point to their own server first, then redirect to your link. When the trial ends they stop the redirect. Codes made here skip that middle step.

Can I change where the code points later?

Not with a free code, because the link is printed into it. If you need to change it, make a new code. Editable codes are coming as an optional paid feature, and they will keep working even if you stop paying.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no email and no watermark. The code is made in your browser and downloads straight to your device.
